Rooftop HVAC Efficiency from Daikin
Energy efficiencies for the Rebel Applied units are achieved by incorporating advanced technologies such as EC motors and high efficiency scroll compressors.

Daikin has introduced the Rebel Applied rooftop heating and cooling system, the only packaged system to meet ASHRAE’s latest standard for performance in airflow design.
Its compact and customizable design makes the Rebel Applied well suited for building retrofits, and the units’ customizable features also improve performance with respect to indoor air quality and energy savings.
The rooftop system’s footprint is up to 37% shorter in length and 30% lighter than legacy rooftop units. It is highly configurable as well, so contractors can add or remove sections to adjust the length of the unit to fit on old or existing roof curb, saving time and expense for facility updates and upgrades.

With advanced fabrication and automation technologies, we can tailor the build to meet specific customer needs, optimize production and deliver products that will perform at the highest levels.”
The Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) exceeds 11.0 and it achieves an Integrated EER of up to 17.0 by incorporating advanced technologies such as EC motors and high efficiency scroll compressors that enable Rebel Applied to exceed minimum energy efficiency requirements through 2023.
The rooftop heating and cooling systems can be customized for applications including healthcare facilities, education institutions and commercial office buildings.
